Ingredients
  1. 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoon honey
  4. Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss the carrot sticks with the olive oil and honey.
  3. Lay on a baking sheet in an even layer, making sure that they are not touching.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping about halfway through. Serve immediately.
