Neely Quinn and her husband smiling together on a trail

Hi, I'm Neely

I write about what couples argue about, because we've argued about it too.

My husband and I have been together for 21 years. We’ve had a lot of the arguments I write about, and for a long time we didn’t understand what they were really about. Once we did, and learned how to talk about it, we became a real team.

I'm a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I've run my own business since 2007. Here I share the tools that actually helped us, and the ones I use with clients.
