  1. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  2. 1 pound stir-fry beef, thinly sliced
  3. 2 cups shredded Brussels sprouts
  4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  5. 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  6. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  7. Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the beef. Cook until browned and remove from the pan.
  2. Add the sprouts and cook until well browned and caramelized.
  3. Add the cranberries and walnuts to the pan and stir.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and add the beef back to the pan.
  5. Cook until heated through and serve.
