- 1 ripe banana, mashed well
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Using a cookie scoop, drop the batter onto a parchment lined baking pan and freeze until firm.
