You don’t have to give up your favorite breads to eat right; you just have to rethink the way they are made. These easy to prepare biscuits are full of herb flavor, but without the carbs you’ll find in traditional biscuits.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or dried herbs of your choice)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Blend all of the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using an ice cream scoop, drop the batter about 2 inches apart on the pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned.
