Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This easy chocolate pudding recipe gets rich creaminess from a combination of avocado, coconut milk, and bananas. Some rich cocoa and a hint of vanilla make it decadent and delicious.

Ingredients
  1. 2 ripe avocados
  2. 1 ripe banana
  3. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  4. 2 tablespoons honey
  5. 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill for several hours before serving.
