Crispy bacon and fresh chives are blended into an almond meal and coconut oil base for a savory scone that is delicious with a meal or just for an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
- 4 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 4 Tbs finely chopped chives
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 egg
- 4 Tbs coconut milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, chives, and bacon in a bowl and mix well. Beat the egg with the coconut milk and add it to the ingredients. Mix until you have a dough.
- Form the dough into a rectangle about 1 inch thick. Cut into squares or triangles and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until tops are browned and scones are firm.
