So, today I have some great news! Holy moly, I’ve been waiting to send you this email for a very long time. Almost a year now…
My Paleo Comfort Cookbook is Now Available!
 
As you may know, I love my cookies, cakes, breads, pot pies, and other “comfort foods”. So when I found out I could no longer eat grains, I was pretty devastated. 
 
I knew I needed to find ways to make my favorite foods without using grains.
 
And so I (and my family along with me) started experimenting with coconut flour, almond flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot starch, and all kinds of other ingredients I had never before heard of.
 
And we were successful!
 
We made grain-free and dairy-free cookies, cupcakes, breads, cakes, pie crusts, crepes, pancakes, biscotti… you name it and we made it. 
 
We made them over and over until we got them right. 
 
Along the way we actually had to eat hearty meals, too, so we perfected things like pot pies, casseroles, “spaghetti”, and other satisfying lunches and dinners.
 
And now, I can finally present to you my cookbook, Paleo Comfort! It’s a digital cookbook with over 60 of my favorite recipes, and you can get one for yourself now

I really hope this cookbook allows you to feel more satisfied on a grain-free, dairy-free diet. That was the whole point in creating it. 
 
I almost never feel truly deprived on this diet because I always have bread, crepes, Paleo pot pies, and other comforting foods to nibble on. It’s really made my life fulfilling.
