How’s the caffeine cessation going? Did you conveniently forget to start? 😉 I know it’s hard, but I really, REALLY urge you to give it a try. I can’t tell you how many people I’ve seen change their whole lives around by cutting out coffee. I’m serious – it can be nothing short of miraculous, so please give yourself the opportunity to find out how it’s affecting you if you haven’t started already! 

So today’s post is pretty short.

Our goal today is to check in on your progress.

You’re going to re-measure, re-photograph, re-journal, and re-weigh yourself since we’re at around the midpoint of the month.

  • Take the same photographs of yourself that you took on that second day. 
  • Look at your journal of symptoms that hopefully you’ve been keeping and see if you notice any changes in your health now. 
  • Weigh yourself and see if there’ve been any changes.
  • Measure around your waist, hips, arms, thighs, and anywhere else you measured and see if there are any differences yet. 
  • And then mark down all your measurements, your weight, save the photos, and journal again about how you feel today and in general, both physically, emotionally, and spiritually. 

Have your family and friends noticed any changes in you?

Have they commented on your mood being better, your clothes being baggier, or anything else? Sometimes other people are a better guage of our health than we are! 

So just allow yourself 20 minutes or so to take stock of any changes you’ve made so far, and I’ll talk to you soon!
